Lagos was literally on a shutdown on Tuesday, June 25 when award winning Nigerian singer-songwriter David Adeleke popularly known as Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland, officially tied the knot with a lavish wedding ceremony.
Earlier in the week, Davido took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos featuring himself and Rowland. In the flicks, the pair donned various matching sets of traditional Nigerian ensembles. Additionally, the pair stood side by side as they lovingly embraced one another in the shots.
Furthermore, Davido captioned the photos with “#CHIVIDO24 
,” seemingly hinting at an upcoming event. The singer-songwriter also credited the company behind his and his wife’s outfits and even referred to the various components of the shoot with the words “bride” and “groom.”
As expected the wedding had in attendance beautifully dressed creme-dela-creme of the society including politicians, celebrities, entertainers, sports men and a host of others.
