2023: Why APC will retain power in Kaduna State after El-Rufai’s tenure – Senator Sani
The Senator representing Kaduna Central District, Uba Sani, has said he is confident that his party, the All Progressive Congress will retain power in Kaduna state in the 2023 General election.
This, according to him, is because Governor Nasir El-Rufai has done tremendously well for the people of the state.
Sani said this during a stakeholders’ meeting with ward and local government executive committee members of the APC in Kaduna North Local Government on Saturday.
He explained that the APC-led Government in Kaduna State has since its inception in 2015, delivered on its campaign promises in the areas of infrastructure, education, healthcare and human capital development.
He added that the interactive meeting was convened to look into and resolve all pending issues with a view to forging a united front as the country towards 2023.
The Senator, however, reminded the stakeholders that the interest of the APC, Kaduna State and the country, must always be uppermost in their calculations, urging them not to take the electorate for granted.
This comes just days after President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurated several projects executed by the Kaduna State government.
