Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, along with his brother Ahmad Sirika and Enginos Nigeria Limited, faced a new ten-count charge presented before Justice Suleman Belgore of the FCT High Court in Garki, Abuja.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) leveled accusations against Sirika, his brother, and Enginos, alleging involvement in a N19.4 billion airport contract fraud.
