APC governors meet in Abuja

Governors under the platform of the Progressives Governors Forum met in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

The first meeting in 2024 is being held in the Imo State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja.

Governors Yahaya Bello (Kogi), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe), Nasir Idris (Kebbi), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), and Uba Sani (Kaduna) have already arrived.

Others include Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo, Umar Namadi of Jigawa, Mai Mala Buni of Yobe, Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi, Ahmad Aliyu of Sokoto, Bassey Otu of Cross River, Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, and AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq of Ogun.

The gathering is presided over by the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, who also serves as the Forum’s Chairman.
