Army Detains Female Soldier In Viral NYSC Proposal Clip

The female soldier whose fame went viral following a marriage proposal from an NYSC Corps member at the Yikpata orientation camp in Kwara state has been detained by the Nigerian Army according to reports.

Eons Intelligence, a security and intelligence platform stated that the female soldier has been detained by the Nigerian Army authorities for violating service guidelines.

Although the Nigerian Army and NYSC are yet to comment on the arrest, Eons Intelligence divulged that the female soldier was identified following the circulation of the viral video clips and detained at a military facility in Ilorin.

Why many see the action were allured by the video clip of the proposal, Army authorities could have detained the female soldier for supposedly violating the following army guidelines;

1) Not due for marriage.

2) Romancing on uniform publicly.

3) Absent on parade.

4) Indiscriminate behaviour.

5) Doing other things aside from her main purpose in NYSC Camp.

6) Disobedience to standing order of social media rule.

7) Disobedience and disregard to ethics and tradition of the Nigerian Army.

Recall that the incident which took place during the Passing Out Parade of the NYSC Batch B, Stream 2 during the week saw a yet-to-be-identified NYSC corps member kneeling and proposing to the female soldier, surrounded by fellow corps members who cheered the duo on.

The female soldier accepted the proposal to rapturous applause and cheers and sealed it with a kiss to the delight of the crowd.
