Atiku’s wife launches book, magazine on eliminating gender based violence in Abuja today

Mrs Amina Titi Abubakar, wife of former Vice President and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar is set to unveil a book and magazine focused on eliminating gender based violence in Nigeria.

The unveiling event themed: ‘S.H.E 2 ORANGE NIGERIA PROJECT: Lets Unite and say No to Gender Based Violence’ is scheduled to hold on Tuesday (today), January 10, 2023 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Center, Abuja.

According to a statement signed and released by wife of the presidential hopeful, the event will be chaired by Anthony Ojukwu, SAN, Executive Secretary, Human Rights Commission, Abuja.

Royal Father of the Day is Alh. (Dr) Yahaya Abubakar, CFR, Etsu Nupe and Chairman, Niger State Council of Traditional rulers.

Mothers of the day are: Dr. Mrs. Maryam Abacha, Wife of Former Head of State and Mrs Dorothy Nwodo, Wife of former Governor of Enugu State.

Keynote Speaker is Alh. Bashir Adamu Matawalen Kazaur. Special Guest of Honour is Mrs Beatrice Inyang, UN Country Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS. Guest of Honour is High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, Chairman, Daar Communications Ltd.
