The Court of Appeal has nullified the October 2 ruling of the Nasarawa State Election Petitions Tribunal, which removed APC’s Sule from office and declared David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the gubernatorial election.
The three-member panel, in delivering the judgment, stated that the tribunal made a legal error in concluding that Governor Sule did not secure the majority of votes in the election.
