The Enugu High Court has confirmed Sunday Ude-Okoye as the legitimate National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Additionally, it has prohibited Senator Nnaemeka Anyawu from presenting himself or being acknowledged as the National Secretary of the party until the substantive suit is decided on November 27, 2023.
The court has also mandated substituted service on PDP National Chairman Iliya Damagum until the suit is resolved.
Following the hearing of the ex-parte motion for an interim injunction, Presiding Judge Justice C.O Ajah ruled in favor of the application. #An interim injunction was granted to the applicant, prohibiting Senator Anyanwu, the 3rd defendant/respondent, from presenting himself or being acknowledged anywhere as the national secretary of the PDP.
