The Federal High Court in Lagos has issued an injunction prohibiting the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from using, engaging, or dealing with the Chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akinsanya, also known as MC Oluomo, or any of his representatives in the distribution of election materials and adhoc staff for the state’s upcoming elections.

INEC was not present at the proceedings, despite the fact that the Labour Party’s lawyer told the court that the commission had been served with court papers.
