Donald Trump warns Iran of unprecedented force after strikes

President Donald Trump said on Sunday that the United States would respond with “force that has never been seen before” if Iran retaliates against recent American and Israeli strikes that reportedly killed Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei.

Writing on his Truth Social platform, Trump said Iran had signalled further escalation.

“Iran just stated that they are going to hit very hard today, harder than they have ever hit before,” he wrote.

“THEY BETTER NOT DO THAT, HOWEVER, BECAUSE IF THEY DO, WE WILL HIT THEM WITH A FORCE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE!”
