A human rights group known as the “Take It Back Movement” has taken to the streets of Lagos State to protest rising food prices and the country’s high cost of living.

This protest was held in response to the warning given by Adegoke Fayoade, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, on Sunday.

Protesters were seen carrying banners with varied inscriptions at the state’s Ojuelegba under bridge region, voicing their concerns over the country’s current economic woes.
