At the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla on Saturday, one of the flag bearers reportedly slumped at Westminster Abbey in London, the ceremony’s location.
Pictures show the flagbearer being saved by his teammates while wearing a red regalia, pairs of black trousers and black shoes.
NewsClick Nigeria had earlier reported that King Charles’ coronation marked the nation’s first since 1953, or almost 70 years ago.
Moments after Charles was proclaimed as the sovereign ruler of the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth states, his 75-year-old wife Camilla was anointed the Queen by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
