The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, Dauda Biu, has urged Nigerians to ensure strict compliance with all traffic rules as they drive into the New Year.
Biu stated this in his New Year message to Nigerians as contained in a statement signed by the corps spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem, on Sunday.

Biu commended the conduct of most drivers during the Christmas celebration for making “the rate and fatalities of road traffic crashes manageable.”
“Every Nigerian must, therefore, remain committed to tackling the challenges that road safety poses to the nation’s safety, security and well-being by doing what is right at all times.
“Ensure strict observance of all traffic rules and regulations as you drive into the New Year,” Biu said.
