Governor Dauda Lawal has disbursed the 13th-month salaries to government employees in Zamfara State.
On Thursday, the Zamfara State Government disclosed its intention to disburse the 13th-month salary, as conveyed in a circular by the Head of Service, Ahmed Aliyu Liman.
The Governor’s Spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, stated that this unprecedented payment of a 13th-month salary marks a historic first for the state. He emphasized that this decision reflects the government’s dedication to the well-being of its workforce and aims to inspire heightened performance among employees.
“Today, Governor Dauda Lawal has approved the swift payment of end-of-the-year bonuses for public and civil servants in Zamfara State.”
