According to an eyewitness account, the gunmen shot and killed an unidentified official of the Anambra State Traffic Management Agency, who was controlling traffic at the busy Ekwulobia Junction.

An anonymous official of the Anambra State Traffic Management Agency, who was managing traffic at the popular Ekwulobia Junction, was shot and murdered, according to eyewitness accounts.
It was unclear whether the gunmen were armed robbers, cults, or bandits at the time.
According to reports, The ATMA official’s body was still lying on the road at the time of filing this report.
