At least three vehicles were destroyed when gunmen stormed a police station in Anambra State on Wednesday.
Anaku, in the Ayamelum Local Government Area of the state, was stormed by gunmen in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Police spokesperson Tochukwu Ikenga confirmed to the media that the incident had occurred.
He claimed that the gunmen threw locally made explosives into the compound after they were successfully repelled and in a desperate attempt to flee.
