How I survived a plane crash – Jerry Eze

The president and founder of Streams of Joy International, Jerry Eze, has testified about how he and his group “miraculously” survived a plane crash.

At a recent Sunday service, the cleric described the terrifying event.

According to Eze, the event happened in Lagos during the NSPPD prayer meeting. He claimed that he was concerned about the pilot when he and his group boarded the plane to head home.

The cleric said he expressed his concerns to the air hostess and requested to see the pilot.

Eze said despite his initial reservations, the flight proceeded. The cleric, however, said he felt a strong urge to pray throughout the journey, despite feeling tired.

He added that his prayers proved to be providential, as the plane experienced a hard landing just before touching down, causing “all the tires to burst”.

He said “miraculously,” everyone on board escaped safely, with no injuries or damage.

“In the morning after the NSPPD prayer conference in Lagos, we got on a flight, and as soon as we got on the flight coming back before we even took off, I just requested to see the pilot,” he said.

“The air hostess walked up to me, and he said, papa, you are not comfortable; I said my spirit is not accepting the pilot. I went to meet him, but he said no, sir, and I just said no problem, let’s go.

“Of course, everybody was tired, but for some reason, the spirit of God said to begin to pray, and I kept praying.

“Just about the time we are about to land, everything went haywire. We heard a loud sound, and they said it was a hard landing, a crash landing, but when we came out of the plane, we found out that all the tyres had busted. However, every one of us came out, nothing missing, nothing broken.”
