INEC distributes sensitive materials, life jackets to Bayelsa LGAs

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun the distribution of sensitive and non-sensitive materials for the off-cycle governorship election, which is less than 24 hours away.

The electoral authority also distributed life jackets in the eight Bayelsa State local government districts where the governorship election will be place.

In addition to Bayelsa, the election will be held in Imo and Kogi States, with security personnel deployed to provide a safe environment for voters and INEC officials.
