The screening committee of the All Progressives Congress on Friday denied screening former President Goodluck Jonathan.
This was confirmed on Friday by the Chairman of the Screening Committee, John Odigie-Oyegun, when he presented his report to Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the APC, during a meeting of the National Working Committee that is currently taking place.

Odigie-Oyegun stated to the media that, contrary to the rumours that were circulating, the former president was not present at the exercise that took place at the Transcorp Hilton.
Oyegun’s clarification came after it was reported that the party had reduced the list of APC presidential candidates from 23 to 13.
