The Federal Capital Territory Court of Appeal in Abuja has overruled an earlier judgement of the Federal High Court in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party’s governorship candidate in Ogun State, Oladipupo Adebutu.
In a ruling issued on Friday, a three-member panel of the Appeal Court faulted Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja (now retired) for declining jurisdiction to hear a suit filed by Jimi Adebisi Lawal.
