The Federal High Court in Abuja has authorized the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to apprehend former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, in anticipation of his scheduled arraignment on Thursday.
Justice Emeka Nwite issued the warrant this afternoon at the request of the EFCC.
