JUST IN: National grid collapses again for second time in three days

The national grid has collapsed for the second time in three days, plunging millions of households across the country into darkness.

A review of the Nigerian System Operator’s portal (niggrid.org) revealed that power generation fell to zero megawatts at 11:30 a.m., impacting all 22 generation companies nationwide.

Several electricity distribution companies confirmed the outage on their social media platforms.
