JUST IN: Nigeria inflation rate hikes to 33.8%

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has reported that Nigeria’s inflation rate rose to 33.88% in October, an increase from 32.7% in September.

This was revealed in the NBS’s latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) report for October, published on Friday.

The CPI measures the rate of change in the prices of goods and services over time.
