JUST IN: Nigerian ambassador to Morocco passes away at 42

The Ambassador of Nigeria to Morocco, Alhaji Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, has passed away.

Bamalli, who was nominated by Muhammadu Buhari in the previous year, held the title of Magajin Garin Zazzau and was the biological younger sibling of the Emir of Zazzau in Kaduna.

A press release from the Zazzau Emirate Council’s Media and Publicity Officer disclosed that Mansur Nuhu Bamalli passed away at a private hospital in Lagos while en route to Morocco.

According to the statement, “Funeral prayers will be announced later.”

He is survived by his spouse and two children.
