The Supreme Court has upheld the electoral triumph of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in Delta State.
In a unanimous decision on Friday, a five-member panel of the apex court dismissed an appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, challenging the outcome of the governorship election conducted in the state on March 18, 2023.
