JUST IN: Supreme Court dismisses suit seeking Shettima’s disqualification for double nomination
On Friday, the Supreme Court has dismissed suit seeking Kashim Shettima’s disqualification as the All Progressives Congress vice presidential candidate for double nomination.
According to a five-member panel of the supreme court, the Peoples Democratic Party lacked locus standi to institute the lawsuit.
