The Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgment in the petition by the All Progressives Congress and its Adamawa State governorship candidate, Aisha Dahiru nicknamed Binani against the state governor, Ahmadu Fintiri.
The state election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal both dismissed Binani’s case challenging Finitiri’s governorship victory.
