Former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has once again appeared before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) regarding allegations of fund misappropriation.
Bello, accompanied by his legal team, arrived at the EFCC office on Tuesday morning following the Supreme Court’s recent ruling dismissing the states’ challenge to the anti-graft agency’s constitutionality.
Driving himself in a black Hilux, the former governor entered the EFCC premises with his lawyers.
During the previous hearing on November 14, the EFCC requested an adjournment until November 27 in the new case against Bello, citing that the 30-day window for the earlier summons was still valid.
