Kogi gov appoints 10 new permanent secretaries

Yahaya Bello, Governor of Kogi State, has approved the appointment of 10 new Permanent Secretaries in the state government.

According to a statement signed by Kogi State’s Head of Civil Service, Mrs. Hannah Odiyo, the newly appointed officers will replace those who have recently retired from the civil service.

According to the statement, the appointments were made on merit and thus must be viewed as a call to service.

The HoS urged the new appointees to live above the law and remain loyal to the administration while performing their duties.

Odiyo congratulated the new permanent secretaries and assured them of the administration’s dedication to the well-being of state workers.

She thanked the governor for his approval of the appointment as well as other commendable welfare packages for state civil servants to improve their performance and dedication to duty.

The governor has approved the following appointments: Obadaki Zainab David – Adavi; Yakubu Dele Musa – Ankpa1; Andi Modupe Stella Maris – ljumu; Audu Alami – Idah; and Idoko Enejoh Celestine – lgala-Mela Odolu.

Moraiyewa Adeniyi Mathew – Kabba/Bunu; Isah Hussaini Sule – Kogi; Adegbola Isaiah Toluwa – Ogori/Magongo; Ajodo Benjamin Ike – Ibaji; and Razak Falilat – Yagba East are among the others.
