Lagos Governor appoints six special advisors

Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, has selected six special advisors to perform a variety of duties for the state.

The Secretary to the State Government, Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin, announced on Monday the appointment of three new Special Advisers.

Iyabo Oyeyemi Ayoola will serve as the Special Adviser for the Office of Internal Audit, Olalekan Hafeez Balogun was appointed as the Special Adviser for Economic Planning and Budget, and Akinyemi Ajigbotafę will assume the role of Special Adviser for Community Development.

Salu-Hundeyin has appointed Bukola Adebiyi as the Special Adviser for Christian Religion, Abdullahi Jębę as the Special Adviser for Muslim Religion, and Ismail Odesanya as the Special Adviser for DAWN Commission and S/W Integration. The appointments take immediate effect, and the newly appointed advisers are urged to align their contributions with Governor Sanwo-Olu’s vision for a greater Lagos.
