Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Benjamin Hundeyin has been named the new Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force (FPRO).

His appointment comes after the former Force PRO, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, was reassigned to the Delta State Police Command following his promotion to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).

Prior to this new role, Hundeyin served as the Public Relations Officer for the Lagos State Police Command.

Police authorities, according to TVC News, confirmed the development, describing the appointment as part of routine administrative changes aimed at career progression and manpower optimisation.

The authorities noted that the appointment is neither punitive nor controversial.

Hundeyin, a seasoned communicator, holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Lagos State University and a Master’s degree in Legal Criminology and Security Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
