The leader of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), Edwin Clark, has passed away.
Clark, aged 97, died on Monday.
The former Federal Commissioner for Information and prominent South-South leader’s death was confirmed on Tuesday by a family representative, Prof. C.C. Clark.
