The Ogun State Chairman, Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organisation (ROMO), Dr. Sotayo Olusola Rasak (SHOLEBO) has appealed to Nigerian youths to sheath their plans to stage nationwide protests.
The ROMO leader, on Friday, assured youths of significant change as soon as possible in a statement released by Femi Akinlawon Special Assistant On Media while addressing newsmen at the Union Secretariat in Abeokuta.
Sotayo stated that Tinubu’s administration is working assiduously to change the current economic narrative.
Sotayo said, “The government understands your frustration and disappointment with the current state of affairs in our beloved country. The struggles we face as a nation are undeniable, and it’s natural to want to take action. However, I strongly advise against embarking on protests.
He said the government is setting different policies to lift the hardships, adding that the federal government is considering strategies that will enable every intervention to go directly to all Nigerians.
The Union leader also said the government is perfecting a scheme to support graduates of universities and polytechnics that were not able to get jobs until they got employed.
He however appealed to all stakeholders, influential and business owners in Nigeria to support the vision of the president in making this Nation the home of opportunities by creating job opportunities and supporting the youth in one or two ways .
