Erhriatake Ibori-Suenu, the Peoples Democratic Party’s nominee for the House of Representatives in the Ethiopie Federal Constituency, has defeated the incumbent, Ben Rolands Igbakpa of the New Nigerian People’s Party.
Ibori-Suenu is the daughter of Chief James Onanefe Ibori, a former governor of Delta State and national leader of the PDP in that state.
The Independent National Electoral Commission announced Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu as the winner of the Ethiopian Federal Constituency.
PDP received 20,814 votes, APC 15,172, NNPP 8,901; APGA 2,155; ADC 637; and ZLP 563, according to the INEC-certified results of the House of Representatives election from the constituency.
