Chimaroke Nnamani, a senator from Enugu East, has vowed to speak out against his expulsion from the People’s Democratic Party.
This was revealed on Friday by the former Governor of Enugu State.
The senator responded, “I will make a release soon,” when asked about his suspension.
According to reports, the PDP’s National Working Committee evicted some party chieftains on Friday due to alleged anti-party activities, as well as other serious offenses that violated the party’s charter.
Debo Ologunagba, the party’s national publicity secretary, issued a statement in Abuja that included information about the expulsion of Senator Chimaroke Nnamani.
The former Enugu State Governor has also faulted his suspension by the party, for not according him fair hearing before the disciplinary actions were taking by the NWC of the party, according to him.
Ologunagba stated “The NWC of the PDP at its 566th meeting today, Friday, February 10, 2023, approved the expulsion of the following individuals from the Party for anti-Party activities”.
