Okpebholo swears in new SSG, Attorney-General

The Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has sworn in Musa Ikhilor as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Samson Osagie as the State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

Both appointees, who are lawyers, took their oaths of office in a ceremony on Wednesday following their nomination by Governor Okpebholo the previous day.

In his remarks, the Governor urged the new officials to support his vision for good governance and to remain committed to serving the people of Edo State.

In response, both Mr. Ikhilor and Mr. Osagie expressed their dedication to supporting the Governor’s mission, pledging to work together in delivering practical governance and serving the people of Edo to the best of their abilities, utilizing their legal expertise and experience.
