Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has ordered restriction of vehicular movement from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday across the state.
The directive was due to the statewide local government election scheduled across the state.

Adeleke, in a statement on Friday by his spokesperson, reiterated his commitment to peace and security.
He said the movement restriction was necessary to prevent the importation of hoodlums into the state amidst local elections.
He therefore directed security agencies to enforce the restriction and only allow voters and accredited media and civil society organizations for continued peace and security in Osun
