Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, celebrated the arrival of the first baby of 2025 with a visit to the Asokoro General Hospital in Abuja.
During the visit, she distributed gifts to the first male and female babies of the year, as well as other newborns delivered on January 1.
Represented by Nana Shettima, the wife of the Vice President, Mrs. Tinubu reaffirmed her commitment to supporting initiatives that ensure a better future for Nigerian children.
She emphasized the administration’s dedication to creating an environment where every Nigerian child has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential.
The First Lady also encouraged the parents of the first babies to nurture their children, describing them as divine gifts to the nation and symbols of Nigeria’s future.
