Following the alleged death of Whitney Adeniran, 12, a student at Chrisland school, the Lagos State Government on Sunday ordered the temporary closure of Chrisland School, Opebi-Ikeja.
According to reports, on Monday morning, security personnel were stationed at the entrance in accordance with the directive.
On the school grounds, there are police cars, officers, protesters. At the Chrisland School gate were the late students’ relatives as well.
Adeniran’s parents had alerted authorities about their daughter’s demise at the school’s inter-house sport event on Saturday at Agege Stadium.
