President Bola Tinubu is in New Delhi, India, for the official start of the G-20 Leaders Summit.
Tinubu is one of nine guests invited to the engagement, which will end on September 10, 2023.
According to the President’s Facebook page, he met with India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, at the occasion.
“The deep appreciation to Prime Minister @narendramodi for hosting the G20 summit in India and for the invitation,” the message says.
As the President of the most populous black nation on earth, I look forward to meeting fellow world leaders and forging strong alliances to secure a brighter future for our great nation, Nigeria – and indeed, the entire African continent.
