President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday hosted Anambra State Governor Professor Charles Soludo at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, where the pair held a closed-door meeting.
While the details remain unclear, Channels Television learnt that the discussions may be linked to the forthcoming Anambra governorship election, in which Soludo is seeking a second term.
Soludo was spotted wearing a cap bearing Tinubu’s infinity logo, seen by many as a gesture of endorsement for the President, who may also seek another term in office.
The Independent National Electoral Commission has scheduled the Anambra governorship election for November 8, 2025.
