Aminu Tambuwal, governor of Sokoto State, hosted presidential candidate Dele Momodu for breakfast at the state government house on Sunday.
Tambuwal and Momodu are both Peoples Democratic Party candidates for president in the upcoming 2023 election.
Momodu posted images of the visit to his Instagram account on Sunday.
The photos were captioned, “Sokoto State governor and PDP presidential aspirant, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has hosted Ovation magazine publisher and co-PDP presidential aspirant, Chief Dele Momodu, to a breakfast meeting.
“The meeting was held on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at the Sokoto State Government House.
“The duo, who had been friends for many years, later went into a private session. The Deputy Governor, Alhaji Manir Muhammad Dan’iya; state PDP chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Bello; and other stakeholders were also around during the meeting.”
