Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has surrendered himself to the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department in Yaba.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this in a text message to our correspondent on Wednesday.
