President Tinubu stated during the brief ceremony in the council chamber that the country owed a debt of gratitude to her valiant military who have risen to the challenge of securing the country.

Tinubu went on to emphasise the government’s 18 billion naira commitment for the payment of group Life Assurance benefits to the families of Nigerian military forces dead heroes.
