On Saturday, the Presidential Election Petition Court adjourned the pre-hearing of the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and Atiku Abubakar, its presidential candidate, till Monday, May 22, 2023.
The day after the parties put up their modalities for the petition hearing, the five-person panel, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, set the date.
