The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (retd.), has appeared before the Senate for the hearing on the state’s ₦1.48 trillion budget.
He was joined by top government officials, including members of the state’s economic team, to present before the Senate Ad-Hoc Committee on Emergency Rule in Rivers State.
