The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Napoleon Ukalikpe of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of Rivers State’s Ahoada/East Constituency II by-election held yesterday.
Rosemary Ogu, the returning officer, declared the results at the INEC headquarters in Ahoada town, stating that Ukalikpe won the race with a total of 3,980 votes.
