The son of President Bola Tinubu, Seyi Tinubu, joined numerous Kano residents, including the New Nigerian Peoples Party State Chairman, Hashimu Dugurawa, on Monday evening to break the third-day Ramadan fast.

During the event, Seyi Tinubu also launched a feeding programme designed to support the less privileged in the state.

The unveiling, held at Al-Furqan Mosque in Kano metropolis, was part of his Renewed Hope Youth Engagement initiative, which focuses on aiding vulnerable groups, including individuals living with disabilities.

The feeding programme aligns with the broader objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by the Tinubu administration.

Unveiling the feeding programme, Seyi Tinubu stressed the importance of community service and social welfare, particularly during the Ramadan period.

He reiterated his commitment to initiatives that would uplift the less privileged and foster national unity.

Before breaking the fast, Seyi Tinubu had earlier paid a courtesy visit to the Kano-based business mogul, Alhaji Aminu Dantata at his residence in the Kano metropolis.

He later paid a similar visit to Governor Abba Yusuf, after which the Iftar was held at the Amani Event Centre.

Among other personalities that graced the Iftar were the sons of the APC National Chairman and the Kano State Governor, as well as several government appointees.
