Tinubu committed to Nigeria’s infrastructure development – VP Shettima

Vice President Kashim Shettima has reiterated President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to enhancing Nigeria’s infrastructure.

Addressing guests at his residence in Maiduguri, Borno state, where he hosted members of the Borno Elders Forum, APC members, and other stakeholders for the breaking of fast, the Vice President emphasized that the President is focused on addressing the nation’s fundamental needs and requirements.

He called for ongoing support for the Tinubu-led administration from all Nigerians, assuring that government policies would bring significant benefits to everyone in the near future.

Regarding the challenge of power supply in Maiduguri and parts of Borno, Senator Shettima highlighted that the President has taken note of the situation. He stated that President Tinubu has issued directives for an immediate resolution.

Among the attendees were Senator Kaka Shehu Lawan representing Borno Central, Right Honourable Abdulkadir Rahis representing Maiduguri Federal Constituency, Ya Abba Kolo, Prof Umar Kyari, Engr. Ibrahim Abba Umar, and various other guests and stakeholders.
