Bola Tinubu is meeting governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa.
The meeting, initially slated for 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber, began around 5 p.m. after officials moved it to the Conference Room in the President’s office.

Governors in attendance include Babagana Zulum, Hope Uzodimma, Inuwa Yahaya, Hyacinth Alia, Biodun Oyebanji, Peter Mbah and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, while some states are represented by their deputies.
Officials have not disclosed the purpose of the meeting. It follows an emergency closed-door session between the President and Senate leaders a day earlier, during which lawmakers said they reached key decisions on urgent national matters.
